The rooms are nice and the hotel is downtown, but payment was cash only. My room faced a busy road, and the traffic noise kept me from sleeping well. It was also the most expensive room. I had requested a child bed when booking and was promised one would be ready on arrival, but it wasn't there. When I asked, they couldn't provide one because some staff had already left.

The prices are really reasonable, and we enjoyed the walks even though it's a little way from the city center. The furniture is new, the staff welcoming, and the rooms are fine for spending some time here.

We booked nine nights for a business trip in Chernivtsi, since the listing said the hotel was near our workplace. The beds were so dirty that it seemed they weren't changed between guests, and the pillows looked like they'd been used for decades. The Wi-Fi mostly didn't work, and the receptionist spoke no English, which made communicating with staff difficult. There was no bottled water or even a glass or cup in the room. The worst hotel we've ever stayed in.

The rooms have air conditioning, and the place is clean and pleasant, with nice staff. It's a little far from the city center, but that's okay. I liked it.

Nice conditions and very close to the center, though there's no elevator.
