The room ended up costing more than our original booking, and it was a small room with one bed for me and my girlfriend. That came after an eight-hour drive, when we arrived tired and learned our booking had been canceled and the room given to someone else. The manager could have handled the bad situation differently. For the price, the place isn't bad, but it could be more professional. I'd suggest calling ahead to confirm your booking.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was okay. Katharina at reception did her best to help, and the staff were kind and willing to assist. Housekeeping needs to improve its work and raise its standards.

Check the portion size before ordering. They may change what you ordered themselves, and the price can end up double or even triple.

Rooms are good value and warm in winter, though they seem to economize on the heating. They're not always clean.

The place has a pleasant, quiet, cozy feel, with everything nearby and reasonable prices. Our suite was in good shape, and the other rooms were clean too. The bed linen was always snow white and the shower clean. We checked in during the evening, and the guard was polite and attentive, explaining where and how to park. The coffee was delicious. Keep it up, guys, well done. I recommend it. With respect, KHERSON.❤️
