The room and kitchen were nice, but there's no drinking water available. It's hard to find the place without a sign by the door, and very little English is spoken.

A peaceful, clean place, and the staff speak English, which is helpful for foreigners. Awesome.

Terrific.

The rooms felt vintage, with a full family-size couch in the middle and a working fireplace. There's also a porch for relaxing, a fully usable kitchen with stoves and refrigerator storage, and a small Japanese-style garden with a mini pond, bench, and fountain in the front yard. They have a cute, friendly cat too, though I forgot its name. Since it's in the city center, I expected a small, expensive place. Instead, it was the best stay I've had in ukraine. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
