Yard Hostel & Coffee

I had a Green room with a comfortable bed, working heating panel, TV I never used, and towels and slippers provided. There were lots of lights around the room, and the toilet and shower stayed clean the whole time, with no problems for me. It wasn’t sunny during my stay, so I was a little sad I couldn’t sit on the balcony with my coffee. I was lucky that I hardly saw anyone while I was there, which was perfect. Instead of making breakfast, you can go downstairs and choose from a big selection of coffee or tea, plus fresh pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a warm stay, I’d be happy to come back.

The location makes getting around easy: it’s a short bus ride from the bus station, off a main road with lots of buses, and right among the city’s tourist attractions. Since the property sits inside a courtyard, there’s no outside noise. Wi-Fi is fast across the whole place, even outdoors, and the kitchen sink has a separate tap for filtered drinking water. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms, beds, toilets, showers, kitchen, and reception were all very clean and looked recently renovated and modern. Even the other guests were quiet and respectful.

I loved staying here and wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone was supportive. One small suggestion: there should be a cover over the bed so you can have some privacy from others.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and clearly care about guests, their comfort, and travel. Thanks so much, guys! The hostel is right in the center of everything, and there’s really good coffee in the cafe downstairs. The beds were comfortable, with lots of sockets beside both the top and bottom bunks. There are lockers in the room and air conditioning if needed. The white sheets were very soft and clean, so you can tell cleanliness matters to them. My only particular complaint is that there was just one shower. Apart from that, everything about my stay was more than excellent.
