I was there in August 2025 and had a really nice stay. Earlier reviews had made me a bit nervous about this hotel, but it seems to have improved a lot. Breakfast is much better now, too: you can choose what you want instead of getting a fixed portion. The rooms were spacious and clean. There weren't any complimentary water bottles, and the toiletries were fairly limited. The staff were kind and friendly, and kept trying to help with whatever they could.

The location is good, and the bathroom was clean, but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here in spring or summer. The room was terribly stuffy and heavily filled with smoke, making it hard to breathe. The air conditioner didn't work, and opening the windows wasn't an option because there were no mosquito screens. Dust, poplar fluff, and insects all get inside.

A central spot, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There's also a tram stop for line 1 close by. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and large.

The staff were so concerned I might not like the room that they let me look at it before I agreed to stay. I sleep very soundly, so the metro construction doesn't bother me. That summer sunrise, though, is tough for me to deal with.

A nice hotel within walking distance of nearly everything in the city center 👍
