Hello Yellow Hostel

Good.

The staff, all women, are very nice, and I like that alcohol isn’t allowed on the property. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and a coffee machine. The kitchen is decent too. I’d have liked a bigger wardrobe for clothes, but this place seems like it could offer everyone some peace and rest away from the rush of business life.

I can’t say anything bad about the hostel itself, but the booking fell apart. I’d asked the hostess for two beds and told her I’d arrive in a couple of hours. She said they were available. When I got there, the staff said there were no beds because two had already been taken. The hostess hadn’t told them to expect anyone. I ended up spending time and taxi money, then had to find another hostel.

The beds aren’t comfortable, and the price doesn’t match what you get. There’s only one shower, with barely any water in the evenings, and the faucet gives electric shocks. They don’t repair it. The kitchen has nowhere to wash your hands or dishes, so you have to use the shower. Laundry also costs extra. I can’t recommend this hostel.
