A pretty place in a convenient part of the city. It was quiet enough for a relaxing stay.

The courtyard was clean and cozy, with a little pool that came in handy when the sea was full of jellyfish, plus gazebos and a grill area. The hosts were very welcoming, and shops and the city center are close by. It's only a short walk to the sea, and the prices are more than fair. We stayed in the first half of September and liked everything. Our spacious room was comfortable and newly renovated, with the things we needed: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and bathroom supplies, including disposable shower gel and shampoo. There was also a kitchenette with dishes and a microwave. The tap water smelled of hydrogen sulfide, though apparently that's the case across practically the whole city. We just bought a small bottle for tea, coffee, and similar things.

I stayed for a week and will definitely return. The room had everything I needed, and the hosts have made the courtyard lovely, with plenty of greenery, gazebos, a pool, and a playground. It's a really relaxing spot, with the sea nearby, a grocery store just a couple of doors away, and a cafe, entertainment alley, ATB, bus station, and market all close. I left with nothing but good feelings.

The courtyard is small, with a parking area that can fit up to five cars, though space is tight. The grounds also have a little playground and a decent pool. It's cozy and simple inside, with a nice renovation and a decent kitchen. A decent beach takes a bit of a walk to reach. The tap water smells like an iodine-bromine spring, so you get a therapeutic dose without going to the spring.

Kolobok is within walking distance of the city center, but sits more toward the edge of town, so it's quiet. There aren't many rooms, which means fewer people around and no one making noise at night. We spent the weekend here and really liked the grounds, with the pool, sculptures, and gazebos. There's also a playground, and the prices are very reasonable. There's no kitchen, but the food is amazing, and there's a refrigerator in the room if you need it.
