Apartments Deluxe

The apartment at Puyulya 15A was nowhere near worth the price. The pictures we relied on must have been taken about ten years ago. We had told them there would be four of us, but the sofa was broken and the children had to sleep on it. Some of the lights didn't work, and linen for the second bed was missing even though they'd been told to expect four people. I asked if it was a two-room apartment and was told yes, but the second room turned out to be a kitchen joined to a balcony, where the children were cold. There weren't enough plates, and the cutlery was plastic. Vladimir only seems interested in the money, and the apartment doesn't match what was shown. I wouldn't recommend this awful place to anyone.

We stayed a couple of days in this nice apartment, about a 15-minute walk from the city center. It had everything we needed: dishes, a washing machine, microwave, iron, air conditioning, disposable toiletries, a hair dryer, and a drying rack. The only thing I missed was a TV with a decent picture. We don't really need one, but it wasn't comfortable for the kids to watch cartoons in the evening.

We were happy with our stay. The apartment was spacious enough, clean, and had its own kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There was also a washing machine and hanging clothes dryer in the bathroom, plus an iron and hair dryer in the room. It's in an apartment building, but there's a place to park in the yard, and we were given keys for the automatic gate. We contacted the owner when booking; a very friendly woman checked us in, showed us around, and explained everything in detail. One handy feature is that all the doors open with a chip.

The staff were kind when I asked for things like an iron or an extra blanket. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of dishes and cookware, and clean linen and lots of towels. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It also had a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine, though I don't know if those appliances work because they wouldn't turn on. The location is cozy and convenient, with shops, a cafe, and a pharmacy nearby. There's a kitchenette with a fridge, two-burner stove, electric kettle, and microwave, plus individual heating, which was very handy. A couple of small drawbacks: the table and two chairs make it awkward for more than two people to eat there at once. The shower cabin leaks a little from a crack near the wall. An extra towel on the floor takes care of it, and the heated bathroom floor dries it quickly.
