The rooms feel quite dated, and even basic things like air conditioning, a kettle, and a mini-fridge are missing. For those reasons, it doesn't feel like a four-star place, or even a three-star one.

They said the air conditioning worked when I asked before booking, but once I arrived I was told it was out of order. They hadn't warned me in advance or offered any compensation. All they said was that I could get a refund if I didn't want to stay. Awful service!

The hotel looks nice and clean. Wi-Fi was the main problem: in rooms farther from the modem, the connection was slow and unreliable. Breakfast wasn't that great, though I guess that depends on the person.

The room was clean, and the hotel's location is great, close to the city center. There were way too many mosquitoes, though, and I missed having curtains on the windows and towels without holes in them :((

The hotel is clean and pleasant, but breakfast choices were limited. Some of the dishes shown on the menu weren't available.
