The hotel itself is beautiful, but I've never faced such open rudeness. I had paid for our stay in full, and my questions were legitimate, yet the administrator was rude to me and asked us to leave 2.5 hours before checkout because we'd returned the keys early. I see that as a clear breach of consumer protection laws. The evening before, I said we hadn't enjoyed the massage and politely asked whether the therapist had formal medical massage training. They didn't answer. Instead, they accused me of being “negative from the start” because we'd earlier offered a possible collaboration, which they turned down. At breakfast the next morning, they served us extremely spicy food without warning. When I asked if that was normal and why it hadn't been marked, they said I “should have asked” and called us “arrogant rude women.” They also started filming us openly. I was recording too, which is my legal right when dealing with hotel staff, but the administrator held her phone right in my face and kept recording without answering my questions. They laughed at me in front of other people. I've never experienced anything like it. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one of this level.

The staff were the friendliest I've ever met, and the food was amazing, especially for the price compared with the UK. Breakfast alone made the room worth what it cost. It's a wonderful hotel near the centre of Ivano Frankivsk. When the air raid sirens went off, the staff stayed calm and reassuring. It was such a surreal feeling, but life goes on. I hope I can return one day when the war is over.

Parking right outside was easy, and the hotel looks stylish and tidy. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The gym was well equipped and the spa was big and clean, both above average for a hotel. We also had great food and service in the restaurant. I'd definitely come back.

Even when the hall is full, the staff can find the best options for you. I can recommend this place without hesitation, especially to foreign visitors. Thank you!
