I was traveling alone and found this a cozy little place in Ivano-Frankivsk. The service was adequate, and the rooms were spacious with their own character. The beds were big and comfortable, with AC and interesting decor. It's a little dated, but charming. The carpet could use cleaning, while the bed linen was fine. Keep in mind that there's no shower curtain, so water gets on the floor, and the hot water runs out quickly. There were some snags with the service. As an English speaker I had to communicate through a translator, which was fine, but they couldn't find the reservation I'd made a week earlier. They don't take cards either, so in the pitch black, cold night I spent an hour trying to find an ATM, with no directions. The lady and her son were nice, though reception felt a bit homely. I was also a little disappointed that coffee and water weren't free. I'd recommend it for a short rest in a cozy spot, as long as you keep the service issues in mind.
