The staff were top-notch and went out of their way to help me as someone who doesn’t speak Ukrainian. They’re really nice, and the restaurant serves tasty food.

Nice place to stay. I just wish it had AC.
Clean, affordable, and good.
I’ve traveled many times, and this was the worst stay I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place or come back. There was a lot wrong, but these were the main problems. The worst part was the state of our rooms. My friend and I booked rooms next to each other. I had room 3 with my five-year-old, and she had room 2 with her four-year-old. Room 2 smelled so strongly of sewage that it gave us a headache. Opening the window or trying to cover the odor with perfume did nothing. My room was freezing at night, and my child and I woke up sick. When I complained, I was told there was no heating. But the battery in my friend’s room was hot. I went back to the administrator, and the heat in my room came on about 10 minutes later. It didn’t stay on for long, though. They switched it off again overnight and didn’t turn it back on. The room next door had heat the whole time, all 4 days. It seemed to me that the owners chose which rooms to heat. That felt absurd and cruel, especially with my little child. Hot water was another problem. You should expect to have a day without it. We were also suddenly told to move rooms for reasons we weren’t given. We nearly missed the train to Bukovel while rushing to move our things. The staff knew we were short on time and that it was inconvenient, but they didn’t seem to care. There’s no soundproofing, so you can hear every step and everyone wakes up together. On our last day, there was some kind of celebration in the restaurant downstairs. The music meant I couldn’t get my child to sleep after lunch. Rooms 2 and 3 also have a window in the ceiling that lets in bright daylight like a spotlight, making it very hard to fall asleep. I could write more, but those were the biggest problems. If negative ratings were possible, I’d give this place -10. I’m really sorry it left me with such a bad impression of Frankivsk.
From check-in through checkout, the staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. The room was spacious and clean, with a soft bed and panoramic windows. Breakfast was hearty, tasty, and varied. I felt they really cared about making guests comfortable.
