Motel

The room was warm, clean, and cozy))) Ms. Alla at reception was very polite and lovely to talk to. I enjoyed my stay and will come back!

I chose this place twice because I needed a cheap option near the area. The photos looked decent, and I wasn't expecting motel-level luxury for the price, but I did hope for better cleanliness. I was in two different rooms. Room 2 had a strong smell. The towels were surprisingly small, and extra ones cost more. You also have to pay to use the iron, which was in an emergency state. The first night was rough but just about bearable. It didn't feel clean, and the service wasn't good either. We came back a week later as planned, and I knew what to expect. Room 8 was smaller and dirtier than room 2, though at least it didn't smell bad. There were no curtains, the toilet was dirty and hadn't been flushed, and the floor was sticky with no mat. When I arrived, I spotted and killed a fairly small spider near the bed. I got in late, washed up, and went to bed. Two or three hours later, while texting a friend, I felt something tickle my elbow. I shook my hand and a much bigger spider fell on me. I have no idea where it came from, since I hadn't seen it on the walls. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, whether a room costs 500 or 1,500 hryvnias. It should be clean. This hotel is dirty.

I liked the calm, comfortable feel of the place. The grounds are kept up, with a small garden and a terrace where you can relax. The room was new, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including fresh pastries and fragrant coffee. It seemed like everyone on staff put real care into making the stay pleasant.

They took such good care of us, and the service was lovely. We felt right at home.
