The staff speak English and were very good. The hotel was clean, reliable, and, to me, the highest-quality place to stay in Izmail. I think you'll be very satisfied with this high-level hotel. ✨🫶✌️

After a seriously difficult trip, we were treated so kindly. The staff helped us a lot and gave us special attention, and we're very grateful. There's a lovely sandy playground in front for children, along with private dining rooms and good food. One of the best places we visited in Ukraine. I'd recommend it for a relaxing, memorable stay.

We were only there for one night while in transit. The room was tiny, with a little cage-like bathroom built into it, and you could hear everything from inside the bathroom. There’s a restaurant nearby that holds weddings and similar events, though luckily the wedding ended at 12 pm. I don't understand the good reviews. Our booking confirmation said the room price included all taxes, but the receptionist said we had to pay city taxes. When we asked why, since they were already paid, she said something about it being fine if we couldn't afford the taxes and that we should go somewhere else.
