The cottage has a lovely view and a convenient location, with Tavria and Aurora shops nearby. It has the basic equipment you need, including dishes, a microwave, and a hairdryer, though the place feels more like an "improved" cottage. The house creaks a lot and has no sound insulation. You can hear people talking in other rooms and the neighbors, while loud banging from nearby houses sounds like explosions. During wartime, I wouldn't recommend staying here if that could frighten you. The big panoramic windows have no curtains or blackout coverings, so there's no privacy day or night, and it feels like being in an aquarium. I also found the owner's behavior unacceptable. There was a cat on the property, and when the owner saw it, she physically handled the animal in front of us without warning, saying it belonged to a neighbor. It was shocking, especially since the property presents itself as pet-friendly. More of the experience was negative than positive.

We stayed in the cottage above the sauna. It's a quiet place, and people in the other houses didn't disturb us at all. We didn't even hear them. The room is spacious and has a terrace with a spot to sit and relax, and the house has what you need for a comfortable stay. They met us at the station and drove us over. The owners are easy to reach for anything, or you can message them through booking, where they reply quickly. There's a cat around the property, though I understand it belongs to a neighbor. I'd definitely recommend it.

The view is nice, but a lot of small shortcomings spoiled the stay. Heating was poorly thought through. My parents had to tend the fireplace themselves, and when the fire went out, they woke up cold. For that kind of money, that's just awful. The kitchen and supplies also need attention: no paper towels or glasses, and the grill was burnt and dirty. The cutting board was dirty and broken, and the spatulas were dirty and overdue for replacement. There were no spare trash bags, dish sponges, or toilet paper. It feels like the owners cut corners on everything. Firewood costs extra, and there was no shower gel or shampoo either.

The hosts were very friendly. We got to Mykulychyn in the morning and they let us check in straight away, even offering to pick us up from the center. The terrace looks out over the yard with beehives and the mountains. It's a convenient spot, about 20 minutes from the bus stop and Tavria, and 30 minutes from Chemegiv Canyon. There are some practical problems. The glass doors have no curtains, so you'll need to figure out privacy yourself. The toilet door wouldn't close all the way and has no lock. There was no shower gel or shampoo, and the corner kitchen was awkward to use, so I spent most of the time bent over. We couldn't find any lighting by the barbecue and had to cook by flashlight at night. The kettle didn't switch off on its own, so I had to unplug it. The microwave started smoking within five seconds, so I turned it off and didn't use it again.
