This will be my third summer staying there with my children, and I can hardly wait. Yaremche feels like home to me now. The estate sits up on a mountain in a very quiet spot, with unbelievably beautiful mountain views. It's clean, cozy, and has everything you need. The owners are always ready to help, offer advice, and explain things. I stayed 11 days before, and this year, if all goes well, I'll stay the full 15.

I spent three days there with my mother-in-law and loved the calm atmosphere and mountain view. The house is new, beautiful, and clean, and the area is quiet, away from cars. The hosts were caring, hospitable people who were pleasant to talk to. If you value comfort, quiet, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is a lovely place to stay.

Room 7 had a wonderful view, and the yard has a swing, gazebo, and an outdoor table. Since the estate is up a hill, part of the road from the nearby railway station is uphill, but that seems natural for the landscape and probably helps keep things quiet. The owners have a taxi driver's number, and he gladly comes right to the estate for a good price. I was pleased that, although I arrived early, I could check in before the usual 2 PM time. The hosts are nice, and the place is clean and tidy. The bathroom on the floor is shared by all the rooms, but the water has no smell, unlike in many mountain places, and hot water was available at any hour. We got back late from a hike and it was great to be able to take a hot shower. The ground-floor kitchen has what you need to cook, including a microwave and electric kettle, and there are hairdryers and an iron with an ironing board. The room was very cold on arrival, the one downside. There are radiators, so I assume the owners heat the place in winter, though of course nobody would heat it in summer, even if it snowed on Hoverla 😅 I enjoyed the stay and thought the price matched the quality.

Our family stay was lovely. The rooms felt clean, cozy, and homey, the grounds were well kept, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. The shared kitchen had plenty of tables and cookware. From the house, which is up on a hill, we had a beautiful mountain view, and the center was not far away. The road could use some repairs, though that's up to the authorities. Great value for money, and we'll definitely be back 😊

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and on departure day they offered to keep our things in another room while ours was being cleaned. That let us spend a few more hours in town before our train. When the rain started, they drove us to the station. We're very, very grateful! We had a comfortable, welcoming, tidy stay and recommend this place. We came with our children in May and stayed in a first-floor family room at Zavitayko. The owners' house is separate from the guest house. The room was clean and comfortable, with three beds, a sofa, wardrobe, table, chairs, and TV. We didn't use the TV, so I can't comment on the channels. Wi-Fi worked well in the room, kitchen, and yard. The window view was incredible. The basement kitchen had everything for preparing meals: dishes, microwave, refrigerators, electric kettle, and gas stove. You can reach it by stairs or from a separate street entrance, which is handy for small children or anyone who has trouble with stairs. There was also a barbecue in the yard, plus a swing and a bench for relaxing in the evening. The toilet and shower were separate, both on the floor, and hot water with good pressure was available around the clock. The route up to the house was downhill, but our two children managed it easily, even after a mountain hike. We used the less steep route between the streets, to the left of the market and Rodinny store when facing the store with your back to the track. Leaving the house, we turned right to go down to the attractions. The railway station, Elephant rock, the embankment with benches, aviaries, Maiden's Tears waterfall, Probiy waterfall, souvenir market, Dovbush trail, Dovbush rocks, and Mount Makovytsia were all accessible. The Dovbush sites and Mount Makovytsia are about 2 km away on foot, or you can go by jeep or quad bike from near the souvenir market.
