The apartment itself is lovely, and the location is perfect. But on my extended stay, getting clean sheets, fresh towels, or toilet paper has been nearly impossible. Staff don’t communicate clearly or give accurate times. You’d think toilet paper and clean towels were made of gold.

The agency gave me a wonderful bonus when I rented the apartment for 7 days. It was fully equipped, very comfortable, and perfectly clean. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. Their website also has lots of useful information, including places to visit, restaurants, sports and night clubs, and historic sites.

Right in the center of Kharkiv, with lots of restaurants just a 2 min walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable, and the owners were very helpful. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to return to! It’s a great starting point for long walks into the centre, and a perfect way to begin a nice stay.
