The breakfast selection was nice, and it’s a good, clean hotel in a nice spot in the city center. It was a bit pricey, though, as I booked at the last minute. When I got the keys, I found the room hadn’t been cleaned, but I went straight back to reception and they quickly fixed it. There was only one pack of towels and hotel stuff in the room, though they offered me one extra. Four out of five.

The restaurant was excellent, and the hotel is very central, close to the opera. The staff were kind, the hotel was clean, and they spoke English very well. The price was also good for the service. My only gripe was the long wait for breakfast, which starts at 8 o'clock. Everything else was very good too.

The breakfast menu was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, and the staff can clean and iron your suits. Everyone was friendly, spoke English, and was helpful with concerns. The room was clean, with classic furniture from the Napoleonic era. Its window balcony and door open onto a lively university crowd. Late into the evening, you can often hear Russian singing, and on Sunday morning, church bells. The hotel is centrally located near the best restaurants, parks, museums, and onion domed churches. Nika's stands out. Highly recommended, and I’ll come back when I return.

The staff are friendly and ready to help, and I’d strongly recommend trying breakfast. The cozy rooms are decorated in a France-style, clean, and furnished with new furniture.
