Hotel 19

The staff were a real highlight, always friendly and ready to help with questions or requests. My room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach, and I thought it offered good value. I’d happily come back and recommend it to both business travelers and tourists. Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦

This hotel is super cozy, with great service and an ideal location. One of my favorite Italian restaurants in the world is right inside. I love the other places run by these First Line people, too.

Hotel 19’s restaurant deserves a visit even if you’re not staying here. The menu feels original and carefully put together, and every breakfast we had and both dinners were excellent. The hotel is nicely maintained and tastefully decorated, and the staff were so helpful that they went out of their way to get my colleague’s jacket cleaned after an accident. The internet was even faster than at my office. There’s no elevator or blackout curtains, which could bother some people.

Breakfast is served outside in the warm months, and it’s tasty. The hotel has a cozy design, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. It’s quiet despite being in the city center, and has the feel of the early 20th century. Though maybe future guests should fill out a form first: do you own a selfie stick, take selfies more than once an hour, or visit the spa often? Depending on the answers, perhaps they should be turned away :)
