The room was okay, but the restaurant service doesn’t feel like it belongs in a four-star hotel. There were plenty of staff, yet they mostly talked among themselves. At breakfast they offered to bring things and then forgot my order. I waited for scrambled eggs three days in a row and never got them. On the third day I kept asking politely, and they finally came back only to say there were no eggs. The staff need a good manager to help them communicate with guests and pay attention to what people need. Good luck.

I enjoyed my night and had a stunning view of Kharkov from the window. It’s a decent option for budget travelers, though the restaurant on the first floor wasn’t anything special, so you’re better off eating elsewhere. I also missed having an iron.

There are room options for a range of budgets, plus an on-site restaurant and parking. It’s easy to get around Kharkiv from here, and the staff are friendly and able to accommodate different needs. I’d recommend it and stay again.

The rooms were good, and the conserve was good too. Breakfast was a buffet, and although it cost 150 each morning, the quality was good.

I was on the 12th floor and got a really nice view. The location is great, and the staff were friendly. My room was older and didn’t have air conditioning, but it stayed cool even though I’d expected it to be hot. The price was more than fair.
