The staff were friendly, and they quickly replaced the sheets and towels. I was here for a two-week business trip, and they even helped carry my bag up to the third floor as soon as I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, better than I expected. Good price for the quality. I'd recommend it and would stay here again next time.

The location was good, the tap water stayed hot with strong pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Still, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My colleague and I stayed one night in November 2016, and it was so cold we kept our jackets on indoors. Only after several complaints did they bring a small oil heater, which could hardly warm a two-room so-called "junior suite." The radiators finally warmed up around 7 PM, then were cold again by 7 AM. We had to go downstairs to reception for hot water because there was no kettle, and the room had barely any dishes. The radiator had clumps of caked-on dust, and the curtains were stained. The TV got just one channel, and for some reason it was Russian. The half-empty room had bare floors, a few mismatched pieces of furniture, and a jar of liquid soap. That was it. The walls were paper-thin, so we could hear every sigh from the neighbors. Nobody told us anything about breakfast.

The staff were pleasant and willing to help with different issues, and the rooms, bedding, and towels were clean. It was quiet during my stay from 09/16 to 09/21/2018. This hotel is especially handy for court employees attending training at the Kharkiv branch of the National School of Judges of Ukraine. The Kharkiv Court of Appeal, where the classes are held, is just across the street, and bus station No. 1 on Gagarina St. is nearby. Some rooms have TVs that don't work, though the owner promised to address that. An iron and hairdryer are available on the first floor. Prices are about average, with cheaper and more expensive hotels close by, and you need to agree on the room price with the owner since there are different options. I was satisfied, and wish the team and the hotel success and growth.
