The kitchen was so unpleasant I wish I hadn't seen it. One cook took my cash and kept cooking without washing their hands. The food was very basic, like home cooking. After the first meal, I preferred walking through the snow for 20 minutes to find an ordinary cafe. It is cash only, and if you come in winter when it's snowing, you're in trouble. The place is out in a suburb-like area, about a 15-minute walk from the nearest shopping center and anything that feels like civilization. I'd only look for a room here if I couldn't spare 20€ for a good hotel, though whether this place is worth the savings is questionable. The cheap rooms are horrible: no windows facing outside, just windows in the walls between suites, covered with ragged paper.

The TV didn't work, and neither we nor the staff could get it going. Water leaked out from the shower door and left a bucket's worth on the floor after a shower. You can hear the neighbors too clearly. On the plus side, there were white sheets, air conditioning, a heater, a balcony, and oak chairs and a table. The view from the fourth floor was nice.

The gym is narrow, so you have to squeeze past other people, and the broken equipment just gets in the way. The cardio area is a mess: there's no proper setup, just a half-dead exercise bike and a treadmill that gives out after 15-20 minutes of running. One elliptical is broken, along with another bike and treadmill that clearly didn't just wear out naturally. I wish hotel management would move the broken machines somewhere else. Cleaning is another problem. It happens very rarely, with the trash perhaps emptied once a month and the floor vacuumed. I can't comment on the hotel itself since I haven't stayed there, but I do use the gym. The machines are modern and mostly in good condition, aside from cardio, and the price is next to nothing compared with other gyms. It's cheap and cheerful. I'd ask the hotel administration to remove the broken treadmill and other faulty equipment. They're a real nuisance. Thanks.
