It feels very USSR style, and there was so much noise it kept interrupting sleep and a peaceful rest. The beds were uncomfortable, and it wasn't very clean.

It's probably the cheapest hotel in Kharkiv, so you get what you pay for. The road is very close, and it gets pretty loud at night.

Fine for one night, but the rooms are so-so and the toilets smell. Parking costs extra, which makes it not very cheap.

For this money, you can find a much better place and spare yourself the stress. The conditions at Turist were awful: mold, cold, dirt, and things all broken. The way we were treated was even worse than the rooms. Be ready to hear even the mother on your side. Representative Ivanna deserves a conversation of her own, she's completely inadequate. I'd heard that from plenty of people but didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. Maybe this will help someone avoid the wrong choice.
