Villa Exclusive

There were plenty of amenities, and the place was clean. I had an amazing stay!

So lovely, and really comfortable!

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel itself lives up to its two stars, but dealing with the older staff at reception, the grandmother and the woman there, left me frustrated. I hope the owner reads this and considers replacing the older woman at reception. I'll also warn my colleagues at work against booking here. For me, that's a matter of principle, and avoiding the place could save you some nerves. At check-in, I felt as though they were doing me a favor by letting me stay. Then they tried to put me in a lower-class room than the one I'd booked. I knew the room under the roof wasn't a Suite, which I'd specifically paid attention to, so the staff called someone and loudly said I knew about it and asked what they should do. When I was leaving, they treated me like a possible thief. I'd thanked them and was about to go when I heard, “Stand! Stay there until I check the room.” I explained that the company had booked the room and that they could contact the company with any complaints. The response was, “I don't know who you are or what you left for me there.” They also made it clear that since they'd kindly let me into this “temple of peace and quiet,” I shouldn't expect to have friends over or have a gathering. They'd come into the room and tell us to be quiet and go to bed. Congratulations, I suppose. I'm keeping this review polite and without swearing or emotion, despite my complaints about the older staff, namely the grandmother and the woman at reception.

It really feels like home here. The rooms, courtyard and veranda are lovely, with lots of flowers and greenery, and everything is spotlessly clean. There's a well-equipped kitchen and a barbecue area. In summer, you can use the pool and sun loungers, and there's a swing and play area for kids. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and it seems everything has been thought through to make guests comfortable. A big thank you to the owner of this wonderful villa for such a pleasant, comfortable stay. I'd love to return and will recommend it to friends, with my contact details. Yuzhny Bereg sanatorium is only 50 meters away, and the city center is 150 meters away. There are also pharmacies, a supermarket, a tailor shop and more nearby. It's quiet and peaceful too.
