The whole team was so welcoming. Someone drove me to an optician, one woman bought my train tickets, and another man took me to the station and helped me get seated. Even the cleaner was really friendly. The room was spotless and had a balcony. Breakfast was basic, but enough for me. I'll book here again.
Comfortable rooms, breakfast included, and convenient parking. For what it costs, the value is outstanding. A nice place to stay.
The price is fair and the staff are nice, but the rooms have a serious noise problem. You can hear the people next door watching TV, snoring, and so on.
The check-in paperwork felt excessive: they want photos of everyone's documents, not only the person paying. As I understand it, the room should be issued once the paying guest presents their document. The claim in some custom comments that the power stays on 24/7 is false, they turn the lights off. The room itself is worn and dated. Even the chair has a hole in it, and there's no kettle or shoe dryer.
The staff keep this place feeling like a quality European hotel, even with the war going on. The rooms are clean, the food is excellent, and the way guests are treated is better than at European hotels with similar size and star ratings. There was light, hot water, and heat around the clock.
