The room was dirty, and the facilities in the superior room were terrible. The way staff handled the damage to my car was even worse. Other guests had parked badly, so a staff member offered to back my car out, and I accepted in good faith. He crashed it into what I presume was another guest's car, then tried to walk away without saying anything. When I stopped him, he ran off. The desk staff wouldn't help, questioned whether he even worked there, said there were no cameras or evidence, and implied I was lying. They also refused to get the staff member to come back. I'm recovering from surgery for an injury I sustained on the front, and now I have to pay for the car damage myself. The hotel's attitude was disgusting. Worst treatment I've ever had in a hotel, anywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I stayed for four days in April 2021, during COVID times. It was quiet around there, with food shops just around the corner, and the staff were very helpful. The room quality was good for the cheap price, and everything else was fine. I'd recommend it. The one thing I wasn't keen on was that the sheets felt a bit rough on my skin, though I don't blame them for that.

The price is affordable, and the comfort and quality are really good even though it's a bit away from the city center. The jettubed rooms are especially comfortable. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. My last visit was in 2015, and I'm going back again today.

There's free coffee around the clock, which is a nice touch, and prices are reasonable. The hotel is about a 30 minute drive out of town, but you can get into town by taxi. There are two shopping malls nearby.

Rooms are very affordable, so it's a good option on a budget. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The hotel itself is very nice, though it's far from most taxi routes.
