The rooms are roomy enough and clean, and the service is good. Shops and places to have fun are nearby, so the location works well.

Talia made a big difference to my stay at Terra Nova. She was warm, genuine, always smiling, and attentive to little things, and she was ready to help whenever needed. She made me feel welcome, almost at home. I came away with lovely memories of the whole staff. The hotel felt cozy and caring, and I'd happily return to Terra Nova. I recommend it.

I've stayed at your hotel often, and the managers have usually been kind and helpful. Today I dealt with Natalia, though, and she needs to learn how to speak to clients and understand the manager-client relationship. Please train her. If she wants to talk that way with friends, fine, but hotel guests shouldn't be treated like that. This felt like a bazaar, not a hotel.

We left the key and went away. The room was cold and smelled strongly of smoke, and when we tried to switch rooms, the administrator had disappeared. In the morning the maid gave us a ridiculous explanation, saying the open window had let the smoke in and the room was airing out, even though it was minus 10. She said we should have looked harder for the administrator and called him, but there was no number posted anywhere. We'd arrived at night and waited outside in the cold for half an hour before a drunk administrator finally opened the door. They didn't refund our money and blamed us as well. Awful place, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
