The service was quick when we needed help. Missing towels arrived fast, they printed my boarding pass a few minutes after I emailed it at midnight, and they moved us from a cold room to a warm one right away. It's also handy for Zhuliany airport, about five minutes by taxi, which worked well for an early flight. The rooms need repairs: ours had a broken mirror, cracked walls, and some missing bulbs. Heating was weak, and there was no room phone to call reception. The restaurant seemed to function more like a bar, and we couldn't even get information about the dishes.

We were there for a few days in November. The heating was fine, and the hotel was nicely decorated and furnished. We got clean towels and toiletries too. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the airport, and public transport into the city centre was good.

We got there at 1:35, but couldn't check in for half an hour because the only receptionist was supposedly in a meeting. That was okay, since check-in officially started at 2. After that, the room was a mess. The air conditioner didn't work, the window wouldn't open, and there was no phone in the room at first. We later found it in the bathroom. The curtains were halfway torn off their rod, and Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby. Then the water stopped completely after about five minutes in the shower. Staff acted like it wasn't a big deal and said we could shower again when water came back several hours later. Please avoid this place.

It's just 15 minutes on foot from zhulyany airport, so it works well if all you need is a bed nearby. Don't expect extras, though. They didn't even have a bottle of water.
