Saturn Hotel

Good for getting paperwork done, and it’s quiet enough that noise won’t bother you. The cafe on the second floor is great, with tasty food that feels homemade. Staff are ready to help with whatever you need, including directions to food shops, printing and supply places, and advice about the area. They’re easy to talk to if you need information about offices or transport for getting around each day.

I was shivering through the night because there was no heater, and hot water was available for only an hour in the morning and evening. The place stank, the curtains were dirty, there were no hangers, and the bed, pillows, and blankets smelled bad. The breakfast I was supposed to get wasn’t provided. There’s no bar, and the hotel is far from the city. They don’t speak English. I had booked ahead through continental immigration consultancy services Delhi and paid 28 USD per night for 10 days. I left after three nights and asked for a refund, but the hotel said the money would go back to whoever paid. continental immigration consultancy said it hadn’t received the money either, so I lost it. This is a third-class hotel, and staying here can ruin your holiday mood. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The pictures on booking sites are misleading, almost like a catfish. The place is very old and dated, and the customer service is poor.
