We’ve been living here for almost three years, and it’s been comfortable for us so far. Getting to the city center is easy, with three regular transport routes, and the subway is about 1.2km away. Rent is pretty affordable for now, and apartments range from 16 to 45 square meters. There’s decent parking, though not enough for everyone in the building. Cameras and security guards cover all three sections, and smoking isn’t allowed inside. A lot of residents are students or tourists, so people sometimes mistake the building for a hotel or hostel. It isn’t, though some apartments can be rented by the night or for longer. Like anywhere, it has its good and bad sides.

The flats are small but comfortable and have what you need. The big drawback is the sound insulation between rooms, you can hear your neighbors clearly. The neighborhood is quiet apart from daytime construction, which was still going on in one block in June 2018. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the subway, and there are bus and tram stops nearby. There aren’t many grocery stores around. The area used to be industrial, and LCD "Smart House" is a converted factory. It’s still developing and doesn’t feel very welcoming to live in yet. Downtown is fairly far away, though the place does have its pros.

WiFi is fast and steady, and the kitchen has good equipment. The place is clean, comfortable, and cheap, in a pretty nice location. There’s a shisha bar nearby along with two grocery stores. I’d recommend it.

The apartments are nice, though the view feels a bit depressing. A great option if you’re in town for an appointment at the USA embassy.
