Breakfast was tasty, served in a dining room with big windows where the sunlight made for a pleasant atmosphere. Our family enjoyed staying at Sofiyivs'sky Posad during Covid. The facilities were nice, just a little outdated, likely because income was down over Covid. The staff were accommodating and helped us reserve one of the biggest rooms for our family of six. It was comfortable and well laid out, with a small balcony. The heat in the room didn't seem to work properly, and the towel rack was faulty. We had an exceptional stay and recommend the place to others.

I've never stayed at a worse five-star hotel. It doesn't justify the price and, in some ways, isn't even as good as a small roadside hotel. Others may judge it differently, but as a foreigner, I didn't find it decent. The facilities are old, the soundproofing is poor, and the security staff were impolite. I won't come back.

The restaurant food was amazing, healthy, and delicious. My favorites were the meatless Borsh, zulien, young potatoes with dill, syrniki, and more. It's a great place to bring kids. The hotel is very clean, with a comfortable bed and housekeeping every day. The staff were kind and helpful, arranging early breakfasts, transportation, beauty salon appointments, and more. The location is excellent too: a grocery store with a farm act is a one-minute walk away and open 24/7.

Really nice stay. The hotel is very central, with good roads and easy access to the center. Service was good, the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Hygiene and food were good too.

The restaurant is a must, and the staff were great. This wonderful hotel sits right in the middle of Kiev, so I’d especially recommend it if you’re flying into or out of Zhuliany Airport.
