The building is beautiful, the room is roomy and cozy, and the view from the window is lovely. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to grocery stores. But there’s no cleaning service. My bedsheet was a little dirty, the towel wasn’t clean either, so I used my own. The toilet bin smelled bad and hadn’t been cleaned, so I sprayed it with disinfectant I’d brought. Even the toilet paper roll had been used by someone else. The toilet seat and flush were defective, which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use. I’d check the toilet before paying, and also look at the one in dragomanova before choosing this kamenskaya. When I asked about cleaning, they refused and said service wasn’t included because I hadn’t booked the highest-priced room, which costs 950 to 1100. I’d paid 800 for three days, so that was disappointing, but all is fine.

Tatyana found me exactly the kind of apartment I wanted, with light colors, big windows and a beautiful view. Within just a couple of minutes, she sent several choices based on my requirements, and handled everything professionally. I could check in at a convenient time. The apartment was incredibly clean and lovely. There was tea and coffee, and the towels were perfectly white and ironed. They’d provided plenty of toiletries, including soap and shampoo, even for someone like me who washes her hair every day. The furniture was new, clean and undamaged, and all the appliances were there, including a TV, washing machine, microwave, kettle and iron. The soundproofing was good, too. I didn’t expect to find such a comfortable place or people who take this much care in their work. I highly recommend these apartments, and I’m sure I’ll want to come back after staying once.
