The view is extraordinary, and public transport is close by. The building is new and the accommodation is excellent, though finding the property can be difficult, as can finding free parking.

The hot water was missing because the boiler hadn’t been switched on, even though power outages were known to follow a schedule. We had booked only two hours before arriving, and the electricity went out right as we were checking in. There was cold water, but no hot water. When we asked about the boiler, the administration representative answered rudely and dismissed our point that no electricity doesn’t mean there can’t be water, replying sarcastically, “There will be no!” The lack of light didn’t excuse the lack of hot water. This showed a complete disregard for guests’ basic needs, and the service was unsatisfactory.

The rudeness here is unbelievable. This was just horrible. Think carefully before booking, because once you’ve paid, you’ll get plenty of rude treatment.
