The receptionist working the night of 2025-05-23 to 2025-05-24 deserves another thank you. When I arrived, the staff helped fix errors in my Booking.com reservation that I couldn’t change through the site. Then my plans shifted that morning and I needed to leave early, so she arranged for me to have breakfast sooner. I left without asking her name, but I really appreciated all her help.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was okay. My room was roomy and cozy, and there’s a large shopping mall about a 5-10 minute walk away. A good choice for a business trip.

The location isn’t in the best part of Kiev, but I’d still choose this over a dirty hotel in a nicer area. The place was very clean, the staff were excellent and friendly, and the food was great, especially the burgers.

I’d go for a Comfort room, since they’re bigger and better, at least for me. The staff spoke English and were helpful, Wi-Fi worked well, and breakfast was tasty. My taxi to the hotel cost 5 $. Good value, recommended.

Breakfast only starts at 8 AM, which didn’t suit a business trip. I also dealt with a lot of noise from other guests and barely any water pressure in the shower.
