Noble Boutique Hotel

After at least five years as a client, I've decided to cancel my upcoming reservations and book elsewhere. This isn't the first time the service has been unacceptable. They don't recognize returning clients or keep information on file, so I've had to remind them every time that I need a quiet room. This time, when I had a package delivered, they gave me a whole speech about not being able to accept it. I asked for the manager, who made excuses and blamed me. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. A manager like that gives me no reason to expect better, and losing a long-time client over this wasn't clever. Thank God there's always a choice.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was excellent. Service was quick and courteous.

The restaurant food was awesome, and its staff were attentive, just about perfect. The hotel is in an ideal spot, close to the city center and only a mile (1,6km) walk from the beautiful castle. My booked room was a little smaller than expected, though Amos was very well planned and exquisitely decorated. The shower was spacious, and the bed extremely comfortable.

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. Some rooms are quite small, though that's to be expected in Europe, and larger ones are available if you want one. Breakfast is included, but there's not a lot to it unless you pay extra to order more. One of those extras, the croissant, was absolutely fantastic.
