It's a bit away from the centre, but this cosy hotel has great service and really spacious, quiet rooms, mostly made of wood, with a balcony. The spa needs to be arranged an hour in advance. The jacuzzi and sauna were just for the two of us, and the breakfast room had a wonderful atmosphere.

The clean, tidy rooms and good quality breakfast made for a nice stay, and I recommend the hotel. The receptionist spoke English and Ukrainian with about 80% accuracy, but nobody else spoke English. Wi-Fi was around 20 MBPS, and both hot and cold water worked properly. The water seemed hard for some reason, though that's not the hotel's fault, and drinking tap water isn't recommended. The location is a little outside the city center. The AC was the one drawback: by American standards it's very ineffective. On very hot days, don't expect it to work the way you want, but it does work.

The floors were dirty, and getting breakfast felt like a lottery. They keep rotating the staff instead of training them, which makes for horrible service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I never go to Lutsk without stopping here. The hotel is wonderful, and the restaurant is excellent. The design is lovely, and the menu is delicious for such a good price.

The service at Patio Di Fiori was the best I've had, even after travelling throughout Asia and the United States. The accommodation was very appealing too.
