Check-in was handled badly, and the staff were arguing over the phone, which wasn’t acceptable. The flat was dirty, with dust everywhere, and the toilet paper wasn’t new. The heater didn’t work, so keep that in mind if you’re staying in the winter. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment!
The apartment on Korotka St., 11, in Lviv was dirty and didn’t match the photos. There was damage near the door, dust on the furniture and shelves, dirty walls, an old bathroom, and musty bedding. The shower room was in terrible shape, with dirty tiles and grout, a rusty drain cover, and a stained floor. Even the old mop in the corner was dirty. The bedding smelled as if it had been left in the washing machine, so I had to change it for the spare set. I had booked the wrong dates through Booking by mistake, September 13-14, though I was supposed to arrive, and did arrive, September 6-7. The owners offered another apartment at Korotka St., 11, and said it would cost the same as my original booking, 1900 UAH. Later I saw that Booking listed that apartment for 1683 UAH, with a mobile discount too, so I was charged more. I asked for at least 500 UAH back, but the owners flatly refused. They said it was impossible and even called my request “blackmail.” For 1900 UAH, I expected a clean apartment that looked like the photos. Instead, there was dirt and a bad smell, and the owners wouldn’t offer even partial compensation. I’m adding photos so people can see the actual condition. If cleanliness and honesty matter to you, I’d avoid this apartment.
