The city is beautiful, but this hotel was a nightmare. We came to Lviv for two nights while passing through, drawn by the good reviews. Our room was beside the stairs, which seemed completely broken. People stomped loudly up and down until 4 a.m., so sleeping was impossible. Twice during our two nights, drunk people knocked and tried to open our door. The double bed was broken on one side. Even moving a foot made the whole thing shake. Breakfast cost 5 euros and was ridiculous. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and never seen anything like it: 0.15 cl of coffee with cream brought to the room, a small piece of white bread they called toast, scrambled eggs, and cucumber and tomato salad. Butter and jam weren't included, and another 0.15 cl coffee cost 1 euro. How is breakfast in a Ukrainian prison? It can't be worse. They only bring breakfast to the room from 10 a.m. because, apparently, the cook can't get up earlier. My wife and I both found it completely inappropriate for a hotel in Europe.

It’s a clean hotel in a great spot, within walking distance of the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A warm, cozy and comfortable place to stay, with great Wi-Fi. You can walk to the city center.

Good, simple rooms at a great price. Nice place.
