The old town location is right at the center, and the room was comfortable, though room 75 is way up in the loft. It was very noisy from the street outside, and the TV didn't work. They could have had earplugs available. Breakfast was good, but you have to order it the day before. There's no lift, so it won't suit elderly or disabled guests. For the price, it wasn't a bad hotel.

The bed and sheets were so good that I slept really well, and the staff were lovely and spoke English very well. It's an old-style boutique hotel with a modern touch, and the place pays tribute to Lviv's deep history. The room was reasonably priced for how nice it was. I'd recommend it as a simple hotel, though anyone wanting a pool, gym, or similar will need one of the bigger chains.

We arranged rooms here for a group attending a social event in Lviv, and the whole stay went exceptionally well. The staff were very personal and kindly handled all the extra logistics we needed. The rooms are spacious and airy. The hotel sits in the old town center, in Lviv's pedestrian area, so guests had a short, lovely walk to get there, which everyone ended up enjoying. Taxi drivers and hotel staff helped with luggage. We'll stay here again.

Horowitz is right in the city center, which couldn't be more convenient. Our room was beautiful and sparkling clean, with a gorgeous bathroom, and breakfast was delicious and traditional. The service was brilliant from beginning to end, and the rate was very reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

We had a spacious double suite with comfortable beds and all the equipment we needed. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious, with your choice ordered the evening before. The hotel is right in the heart of the city.
