Apartment Fedkovycha

An easy, pleasant place to stay for a few days.

Just perfect.

We’d arranged to check in at 6:30 and were told to call when we got there. Once we arrived, the phone was disconnected, and nobody answered the doorbell. We waited 15 minutes with no response, then had to start looking for somewhere else to go. It seemed like everyone was still asleep. One hotel picked up but had no vacancies, though they kindly suggested we call Nota Bene. The girl there answered and checked us in without any trouble. So if you want to end up out on the street at 6 am, this is the place for you. They never called us back, either.

I stayed in room eight. The apartment was clean and warm, simply furnished in brown and beige, with a large double bed, sofa, TV, refrigerator, electric stove and kettle, hairdryer, towels, dishes, and non-stick pans. There was no sugar, tea, oil, or seasoning, so we had to buy those ourselves for cooking. This is a two-story building with separate rental apartments, not a hotel. There’s a reception desk at the entrance to the grounds that also serves as security. The train station is nearby, as are grocery stores and a large market. I’d recommend it.
