Apartment on Dudayeva 17

We’ve used this company twice, and both stays worked out really well. The first apartment was on Mentsynskogo Street, and the second was at Sholom Aleichem 1. The apartments were clean, with bright white bedding and towels, heated floors, a comfortable temperature, and hot water and a shower. The contactless check-in and check-out was really convenient. Both times, early check-in was allowed because the apartment was free, which helped us a lot. Service was excellent and prices were reasonable. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Dnipro thanks you🫶

A recent renovation, a helpful landlady, and parking nearby were all good points. The mini studio was cozy and quiet, with a balcony that worked well for meals and a comfortable bed. The linens were old but still intact. The problem was the lights above the bed, which stayed on all the time, as shown in the photos. The switches weren’t connected properly, making it really uncomfortable at night.

Lviv is wonderful, but this apartment is just DARK! There’s a restaurant downstairs, with its kitchen right under the apartment windows, so there’s constant noise and a stink. Waiters and other people smoke in the courtyard, and you can smell the cigarettes. Every time you go into the building, there’s a heap of trash in the hallway, left there by the restaurant staff. There’s also an alcoholic neighbor who’s rude when you come upstairs and tells you to leave. The apartment itself stinks constantly. Horrible place!

The bathroom door was a problem throughout our stay. Its lock didn’t work, and although a repairman came after two days and fixed it, the door itself had shrunk so much there was still a finger-sized gap. The guys didn’t mind, but it continued to bother the girls. We asked to move, but nobody responded. The photos make the place look pretentious, while the renovation was actually twenty years old. Be careful with older accommodation in Lviv, every other Booking.com listing seems to have similar issues.
