The apartment was cold and uncomfortable, with dust everywhere and a visibly dirty floor. The beds were broken and so uncomfortable that getting proper rest was impossible. The bedding was dirty, and the towels had white stains, which was disgusting and made me question the hygiene. The stairwell smelled awful, and the odor reached us before we even entered the apartment. The whole stay was uncomfortable and left me feeling that guests were treated with disregard. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

Our reservation was canceled just 30 minutes before check-in. They hang up the phone and don’t reply to SMS. Who does that?

Half an hour before check-in, she refused to host us for no reason at all. She was rude on the phone, answered follow-up questions reluctantly, and didn’t reply to messages. I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone. I hope no one ever checks in with these owners again.
