Central House

It’s a very clean hotel, and the staff are attentive. Finding the entrance can be tricky: it’s beside a restaurant and looks like an ordinary apartment building entrance. There’s a flight of stairs up to reception, then more to reach the rooms, so don’t bring too much luggage.

They even arranged breakfast and called a taxi when we had to get up early for the airport. The service was amazing, and the people were helpful and knew a lot about the city. Our clean rooms had cold drinks available to buy at very reasonable prices. I’d really recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks very nice, feels comfortable, and sits in the heart of Lviv city centre. Noise from outside and other rooms does come through because the sound insulation is poor. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay.

The location is great, in the center of Lviv’s old city and close to the main attractions. But the staff weren’t very welcoming, and nobody was at the main desk. We also had trouble with the hot water in the shower during our stay. The location is a plus, but if you want a high level of accommodation, pick another hotel.
