I’d paid in advance for a room through hotels.com, but couldn’t get inside when I arrived. I tried calling the hostel several times and got no answer. hotels.com also called them, with the same result. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

I felt safe there and had a great four-night stay at cinema hostel. It was clean, fairly priced, and included a towel and use of the washer. The guy in charge was extremely helpful. My only wish is that there were more than one shower, because mornings can get a bit crowded.

Between my friend and me, we’ve stayed in ten different places in Lviv, and this hostel is easily the best. It has a laid-back feel, the staff are amazing, and they don’t try to charge for every little thing. It’s got a nice, family hostel vibe.

The owner really looked after everyone, and the hostel was in superb shape. Our room was very clean, with a big TV where we watched Real vs Bayern, and a really nice bathroom. I stayed for three nights, from 29.04 to 02.05. I'd recommend the place to anyone.
