The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is pet friendly. I really liked the room: very clean, with a soft, comfortable bed and fresh towels. The bathroom was clean and all the taps worked. It came with slippers, a hair dryer, soap and shampoo, as well as a TV and air conditioning. Filtered water and glasses were on the table. The hotel also has a lovely cafe. The food was fresh and tasty. I can recommend this hotel.

I picked this hotel for its handy location near the Airport, and the room was quiet since it's set back from the main road. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom lighting was too dim to see the dirt properly, but it hadn't been cleaned well and there was hair on the floor. The toilet seat looked like it had been fixed after a repair, though it should have been replaced. Breakfast was very basic, so I'd suggest eating somewhere else.

After two weeks travelling around Ukraine, Coin Hotel was the best place we found. The rooms were big, very clean, and had what we needed, including towels, slippers, soap, shower gel and complimentary water each day. Parking was free too. Breakfast was delicious, with several choices. Highly recommend!

We had a child with us, and they provided a free bed for the child. The hotel is new and stylish, with free slippers and unlimited shower gel and shampoo. The products are good quality and very convenient. An excellent place to stay in Lviv.

The price is low, but this would only be my last choice. The area is noisy and close to the railway station. Hot water was sometimes a problem, especially at peak times. Breakfast was poor, with only one meat choice and two or three vegetarian options. Room service was also at a very low level.
