Hotel Coin Inn feels new and fresh, and everything in the room is in great shape. The shampoo and soap are good quality and unlimited. You can also make nice coffee and tea in the room.

Everything was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location details need updating, though: the hotel isn't at the address shown on Google Maps or its official page. It's actually close to Zamarstynivska 51A.

After a long trip, all we needed was sleep so we could continue our journey. We chose this hotel for its good reviews and convenient location. For the price, the room was clean enough and the staff were nice. But we had a completely sleepless night, and I can't recommend staying here. There is practically no soundproofing. It felt like all the guests were in one room, and we could hear everything. Behind one wall there was loud screaming and moaning all night, while children kept screaming behind the other. Neither of us could rest. Even my husband, who usually sleeps very soundly, was awake all night. The hotel really needs to address the noise through the walls if it wants guests to return. I'm disappointed and won't be coming back. I've never stayed in worse conditions, and hope I never have to.

I've come back for a second stay, this time for a long stretch. I travel around the country a lot, with more than 15 hotel bookings a year, and for price versus quality, this is the best option in Ukraine I've found. The location is ideal: 15 minutes on foot to the center, and within five minutes there's a new post office, pharmacies, Auchan, car charging, and cafes and restaurants. For 1500 UAH a day, including breakfast for two, I haven't found another place near central Lviv with electric car charging, free parking, cable TV, a safe, kettle, air conditioning, refrigerator, water refill and a COFFEE MACHINE in the room. Even hotels costing 5k+ apparently don't have coffee makers. I needed internet during power cuts and some way to charge things. They have batteries for outages, and the women on staff helped me find a place to charge the car, which I really appreciate. The staff accommodated a lot of my requests, took my feedback from the previous stay into account, and even gave me a discount for a longer visit. If you really need to, you can arrange to cook in the room, though I didn't need to. Things can come up during a stay, but what matters is how staff respond and sort them out. I read a comment about poor sound insulation. Keep the room price in mind and don't compare it with hotels three times more expensive. I was surprised to find earplugs in the room for anyone bothered by noise.
