The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel sits between the train station and city center. There’s no air conditioning, just one window that only opens partway, and the building has no elevator to the third floor. There was an apartment across from my door, with men sitting in the corridor, just saying :) You have to pay 20 hrn for slippers, and they were poor quality. For the price it’s not bad, but if you have a lot of heavy bags, try to get a room on the first floor.

It was good and cozy, but why don't they have an English-speaking receptionist?

It's a little far from anything interesting.

The refrigerator smelled awful, the shower and surrounding area were covered in hair, and the toilet and nearby area were dirty. The toilet didn't work either, and the hostess told us to flush it with a bucket!!! 🤯🤢 Sheya got angry when I pointed out the dirty dishes and asked why she should have to wash dishes after everyone. I can't put all my feelings into censored words. 😵💫🤯🤢😤🤬 This place is a shed, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'd give zero stars if the program allowed it.

The room looked very nice, everything worked, and the service was excellent, but we may have been bitten by bedbugs. My sister and I slept on a bunk bed, while my aunt wasn't affected. The next morning we had bites that looked like mosquito bites, but they're still itchy and haven't healed after a week. We arrived by car, so we couldn't have picked them up elsewhere. The hotel should thoroughly disinfect the rooms to stop this happening again.
