Right in the heart of Lviv, with a fantastic location. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the service and food are good. A great choice for a business trip.

A great place to stay near downtown Lviv. Parking feels safe, the rooms are clean, the location is excellent, prices are reasonable, and the internet is good.

The customer service was terrible. I won’t be coming back.

This is an old hotel from Soviet times, but its infrastructure has improved a lot. The location beside the big park is nice, parking is available, and you can pay by card. The staff are generally nice. The kitchen could use improvement, though, and there seems to be an excessive amount of security with the room card/key.

Getting downtown takes under half an hour on foot, with a pleasant park along the way, and public transport is easy enough to use too. The place itself feels thoroughly modern and is nicely situated. I also liked the restaurant for an afternoon bite, especially its borscht as a light snack.
