One of my favorite places to visit in Lviv. The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were pleasant, always offering to help. The owners keep an eye on how professional the staff are. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and came with fast service. Everything was very tasty. I'm completely satisfied with the service.

The pool was clean and a decent size, with enough loungers and free towels. Breakfast was really tasty and served from 8-10, which was convenient. The hotel itself is very nice, in a quiet location, with friendly staff. My room was small but tidy. Construction on the hotel grounds and on the nearby street was the downside. We had to use the back gate and ring the bell to get in, which was inconvenient.

The reception staff who welcomed us seemed not to be in the mood and weren't very helpful. The room was quite small, though it had a balcony, and the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city center. We booked two nights because the weather looked great and the pool looked nice. It was supposed to be heated, but when we tried it the water was really cold, definitely not heated.

The rooms could use a little updating, though work is going on at the moment. I'd be happy to come back. For a short stay, it's a nice enough hotel, and the value and staff get five stars from me. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. They make a real effort to remember breakfast preferences, which is kind, and they're happy to help with anything you need.

A pleasant stay in a green part of town. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were accommodating. You can get to the center easily on foot or by public transport.
