Etude Hotel

I stayed for 3 nights and left with a very good impression. Everyone at the hotel was nice, friendly, and considerate in their work, and each person did their best to meet my needs and give me good service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had personal hygiene products. The hotel was newly built in 2015. I'm someone who's always cold, especially in winter, so I especially appreciated the high temperature in the suite. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the center. I'd definitely recommend this place to visitors to Lviv.

The breakfast was good and on time. The room had everything I needed except bathroom stuff and windows. The main drawback I can point to is the thick walls. It's a nice hotel in a rather tucked-away spot, but the directions in the booking confirmation made it easy enough to find. Enjoy! ;-)

The hotel was clean, modern, and nice, and the shower water stayed at one temperature. The reception staff didn't speak English very well. We checked out on Saturday morning, 6 July. The guy at reception didn't acknowledge us at first because he was busy setting tables for breakfast. When he came over, we showed him our key. He didn't say thank you, ask how our stay was, or wish us a safe trip. I found that rather strange.

The soundproofing is poor. You can clearly hear every word from the neighbors, which spoils the impression of this place. It's a nice modern design, minimalistic, and the shower is perfect. It had opened 8 months ago. There are 5 floors and no elevator, so if you have heart issues, ask which floor you'd be on before paying.
